SQUARE PANELLED TANKS

"ST" Square panel tanks or “RP” Rectangular Panel Tanks have many applications and uses. They are designed with flexibility to meet the specific requirements of each customer’s unique situation.
Final tank sizing and dimensions can be designed to fit the most difficult applications or tight install locations.
Internally the tank will be complete with bracing rods or angles and cleats to a size as directed by our engineer, suiting the dimensions and height of the tank.
The roof is constructed with C channel or Z purlings and brackets. Roofing materials are dual clad Zincalume sheets, fastened with “Tek” screws and sealed at the edges to provide proofing against vermin.

ST or RP G: Square panel tank/Rectangular Panel - Galvanised and Gasket sealed
Tank panels are internally or externally bolted, depending on the application and/or install location, with high tensile M12 bolts and nuts. Sealing gaskets or Sika seal suitable for potable water.

ST or RP L: Square panel tank/Rectangular Panel - Galvanised Liner sealed
Tank panels are externally bolted with high tensile M12 bolts and nuts. The liner is full height and secured to the top edge of each tank with eyelets within reinforced webbing. Geotextile underlay is fitted to the underside of the base of the liner for that added protection. All liners used are rated for use with potable water, as per AS4020.

ST or RP SS: Square panel tank/ Rectangular Panel - Stainless Steel
Where requirements are for Stainless Materials to be must utilised.
All the other standard features of the ST & RP G tank with all internal flooded components in SS material.
